"Journey out was fine, on time and called once he was there for the pick up. Accommodated all luggage etc. However the for the return journey he was over a hour late and didn’t answer phone calls or texts when we tried to check if he was coming. I accept there was some traffic but an hour late with no contact or apology was unacceptable . Journey back was fast and erratic. He was obviously in a bad mood as he was running behind and I’m assuming this is the reason for his lack of friendliness or customer service. I wouldn’t use this firm again."

"Must apologise to Nicki the real owner of the real CORSHAM TAXIS for having ago at her for my taxi not turning up. I booked with this site who wanted money up front only to find they did not turn up and are infact nothing to do with CORSHAM TAXIS. I rang 01249701111 to complain and they explained to me that this has been happening a lot. they then sent me one of their licensed vehicles with a licensed driver who had the proper insurance. Well done Nicki i wasn't late for my meeting."
